You will be required to liaise with clients and candidates daily, providing a consultative and professional service at all times.
Skills and experience required
Ideally, you will have the relevant recruitment experience to succeed as a market leader but if you have a background in sales, are confident with communicating with people on the phone and the ambition to succeed then we would love a conversation with you!
You will be an astute, commercially savvy professional able to network and build relationships. You will be target driven and ambitious, wanting to reach the top of your career path, and have a desire to make money.
