This is what you'll be doing
As a Recruitment Consultant you'll build lasting relationships with candidates and clients, you will be supported by an ambitious leadership team that have a track record of developing careers to unrivalled heights.

A modern recruiter is a relationship builder, our expectations of a Recruitment Consultant include;

• Identifying candidates via search methodologies and contacting them over the phone and via face-to-face meetings to assess suitability
• Researching your market to become an expert by identifying the businesses employing candidates in your market aligned to our Target operating model
• Using sales techniques to create opportunities with clients via phone calls, email communication and ultimately face to face meetings
• Finding great people for jobs, and great jobs for people

The experience you'll bring to the team

• Experience in the recruitment sector, you don't need expertise in our market but aligned approach to quality recruitment is key.

And this is what you'll get in return
On target earnings of between £35,000 to £55,000 split across a base salary of £27,000 to £30,000 plus quarterly commission scaling up to 40%.
