Regional Fundraising Manager

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit is currently working with a cancer charity based in Wales. This role will be based in Cardiff and will be supporting the nearby areas within this region in promoting and growing the fundraising team and support.

This role is an extremely rewarding role where you will be working with another 2 regional fundraising managers to recruit, motivate and retain fundraising groups, corporate support, and volunteers for the charity.

What you’ll be doing as a Regional Fundraising Manager:

  • Supporting existing volunteers and fundraising groups.

  • Engage with the community and meet with groups to discuss ideas and give input into events and fundraisers.

  • Reach out and connect with corporate contacts to maintain relationships.

  • Plan and manage the local delivery of national campaigns.

What you’ll bring to the team as a Regional Fundraising Manager:

  • Ability to work towards targets and objectives and meet budgets.

  • Have experience and knowledge within sales and driving a team.

  • Experience at successfully managing or leading on an entire project or event that involves working with others
