The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with the a leading regulatory body. We are supporting them to recruit an Regulatory Enforcement Specialist. This role deals with potentially high profile cases and no two days are the same, you will gain a huge sense of accomplishment and well being during your day to day activity.

What the Regulatory Enforcement Specialist will be doing
The Regulatory Enforcement Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of the criminal or regulatory enforcement cases and will be responsible from start to finish for each case using the range of internal and external expert advisers as you see fit.

  • Establish and deliver regulatory strategies for enforcement.

  • Manage a portfolio of cases within required KPI's.

  • Develop and implement case strategies.

  • Negotiate required outcomes of cases with the relevant parties, internally and externally.


What the successful Regulatory Enforcement Specialist will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone from a regulatory enforcement background for example FOS or OFCOM, or someone who has experience pursuing criminal prosecutions within specific organisations like DEFRA or The Environmental Agency, this is a really exciting opportunity to develop your established skills. You will:

  • Have experience of regulatory enforcement or criminal prosecution

  • Be able to process and and analyse complex information and identification of risks.

  • Collaborate with different specialists and at all levels.
