Are you a Regulatory Solicitor with post qualification experience gained in a regulatory or commercial environment, looking for a change and a highly regarded specialist team to join? This is the job for you! This role offers you the chance to evolve your technical capabilities through being involved in industry-leading work and working with a range of clients. What you will be doing:

Joining a market-leading team who are ever-expanding, you can expect a varied case load of contentious and non-contentious regulatory work. The work includes aspects of advice and defence for corporate and insurer clients in relation to investigations and prosecutions by a range of regulators. Cases involve a range of health and safety, fire and other regulatory breaches. You will also get involved in business development activities, building environmental contentious and non-contentious work streams.

This is what you'll bring to the team:

As a Regulatory Solicitor, you will be qualified with post qualification experience in a regulatory and / or commercially focused environment. You will have a demonstrated history advising on a range of regulatory work from environmental breaches, health and safety incident investigations, breaches of trading standards, interviews under caution, food law and / or fire safety.
