Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

We are working with an exciting firm based in Porthcawl with their head offices based in Cardiff. They pride themselves on offering an exceptional client service and a rewarding working environment. Their aim is to build long-lasting personal and business relationships with their clients and provide a welcoming workplace for their staff.

The firm are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a busy and rewarding team. You will run your own caseload of matters and be given further opportunities to progress within the firm.

This is what you’ll be doing

You will be working with local and national clientele. You will be managing your own case load of residential conveyancing matters to include purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold property. There is no panel volume work and is all locally based.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

You will have gained at least years’ experience within a law firm’s residential property team, however all levels of experience and qualifications will be considered. Experience of SOS Connect Case Management or alternative Management systems would be preferable although not essential as full training will be provided.
