They are an established yet growing practise with the residential property department being one of their most successful team.
They are looking for a Solicitor/Conveyancer/Filex qualified to join the team.
This is what you’ll be doing
You will be dealing with matters including but not limited to: sale and purchase transactions, conducting searches, responding to enquiries, using case management systems, liaising with clients and relevant parties etc.
You will be provided with the opportunity to work with a team of specialists in the sector. You will support expert fee earners whilst gaining solid exposure and experience in the field. This is a fantastic opportunity for highly driven candidates who are looking to build their career.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- You will have previous experience of working within conveyancing
- Experience of using case management systems
- Attention to detail, accuracy and solid organisation skills
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
