We are working with a number of firms across Wales. From traditional high street to modern ABS’ the landscape and conveyancing market in Wales pride themselves on offering an exceptional client service and a rewarding working environment. I am representing a number of firms currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to join a their team. You will run your own caseload of matters and be given further opportunities to progress within the firms should you so wish. Flexible and hybrid working is on offer.
This is what you’ll be doing
You will be working with local and national clientele. You will be managing your own case load of residential conveyancing matters to include purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold property. Whether you enjoy panel or locally based work I can help you with the right fit.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
You will be an NQ solicitor or above gaining experience within a law firm’s residential property team, however all levels of experience and qualifications will be considered. Experience of SOS Connect Case Management or alternative Management systems would be preferable although not essential as full training will be provided.
