A full service, regional law firm are looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their thriving Property department in the South West.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Dealing with standard conveyancing matters and bespoke property cases
• Providing a quality service to clients in Bristol and Somerset
• Liaising directly with clients and third parties
• Managing  a file load from start to finish
• Assisting the development of the property department

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experience within residential property
• Confidence in working on every aspect of the conveyancing process with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Ambition, with strong business acumen
