The Opportunity:

A fantastic forward thinking, modern approach law firm is looking for an experienced property Lawyer to join their busy team in Chepstow, running a busy case load from start to finish with minimal supervision. Whilst the office is based in Chepstow with excellent motorway links from Cardiff and Bristol, flexible and home working is encouraged.

This is what you’ll be doing:

You will be running a case load of residential property matters (sales and purchases) and dealing with any complex and high value matters. You will supervise junior members of the team with their files and you will work on your own initiative. Employees within this business are treated with complete autonomy and flexible working is encouraged - they appreciate that life is busy and so you will have flexible and home working available even post covid19.

The experience you’ll bring to the team:

• Experience in property law is essential (min 2 years) ideally running a busy residential conveyancing file load from start to finish
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Be able to prioritise your work load and able to work autonomously
