Are you an experienced Residential Property Assistant, looking for the next step in your career? If so, a leading UK law is looking for you to join their thriving conveyancing team, in their Bath office.
This is what you’ll be doing
You will assist the residential property department with the profitable management of your caseload, whilst upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Manage a conveyancing caseload, under supervision
- Undertake legal research
- Maintain excellent relationships with external institutions
- Attend client visits when needed
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance at all times
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- Previous experience in a residential conveyancing is essential
- LLB is desirable
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate
