Litigation and Dispute Solicitor

Are you a bright and ambitious Solicitor looking to work for a modern law firm delivering a high quality legal service to clients in Gloucester?

This is what you’ll be doing

Delivering high quality legal service to clients on matters including Property Litigation:- Possession Claims (mortgages, adverse possession, common law), easements disputes, trespass, nuisance, restrictive covenants disputes, equitable claims, boundary disputes, neighbour disputes, residential landlord and tenant (forfeiture claims, implications of insolvency situations such as disclaimers, service charges, FTT matters, Housing Act Section 21 & 8 claims, breach of expiry of licence, trespass, tenancy deposits)

You will work under some of the country’s best lawyers dealing with a broad range of litigation and dispute matters, sitting within the Dispute Resolution team.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years post qualification experience
• Experience within the above areas of law is essential
