Residential Property Fee Earner

A rapidly
expanding Law firm are looking for an experienced and motivated Legal
Assistant, to join their thriving Residential Property team. This is a
permanent part-time position, based in Stroud.

This is
what you’ll be doing

• Hit the ground running in a
  team that operate on bespoke high street and national work

• Running all conveyancing
  transactions from inception to completion

• Support a Solicitor in
  assisting with their caseload of more technical residential property
  matters from cradle to grave, including freehold and leasehold purchases
  and sales

• Providing excellent service
  to clients, estate agents, lenders and other Solicitors, to ensure the
  firms first class reputation is maintained

• Keep all parties updated
  throughout the whole process

• Efficiently use the Land
  Registry to perform searches

• Set up appointments, file
  opening and closing and accurately maintain the database

The
experience you’ll bring to the team

• Previous experience working
  within a Residential Conveyancing department (minimum of 1 year)

• Excellent IT skills

• Client focused, with
  excellent communication skills

• An organised and
  transactional approach to your workload

• Ability to work under
  pressure and to tight deadlines
