Residential Property Solicitor for a reputable firm based in either Bath or Bristol! 

The Real Estate team are looking to hire and experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have fantastic client relationship skills, excellent commercial acumen and technical knowledge. You will be joining an accomplished Real Estate team that is growing significantly!

What you will be doing:

- Development work for house builders, landowners, registered providers, and developer clients

- Managing ongoing client relationships 

- Business development across the South West 

​

What we're looking for:

- Ideally 4+ PQE
- Extensive experience with Residential Development work 

- Commercial awareness 

- Desire to be part of a growing team
