Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with one of the UKs largest union and professional bodies. We are helping them to recruit a Resourcing Advisor for either their Cardiff or their London site. This is a fixed term tole until the end of 2023, but the team is growing so there may be opportunity longer term within the organisation.
You’ll be involved in end-to-end resourcing as well as some project-based work.
What the Resourcing Adviser will be doing
The Resourcing Adviser will be taking care of the end-to-end recruitment process whilst also undertaking exciting new projects. This will involve:
- Recruitment administration
- Planning meetings
- Speaking to customers over the phone
- Giving recruitment advice
- Arranging interviews
- Managing offers and issuing contracts
What the successful Resourcing Adviser will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone in a recruitment or human resource role or someone with previous recruitment or internal recruitment experience. You will:
- Have knowledge of recruitment processes
- Be able to deliver excellent customer experience.
- An ability to provide recruitment advice and guidance.
Here’s What You’ll Get in Return
The successful Resourcing Adviser will be rewarded with;
- 28 days holiday in addition to bank holidays
- A salary of £33000 (plus a London weighting of £4600 for those based in London)
