Sales Admin Assistant 
Cardiff
£20,000 - £22,000 per annum + bonus 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing company based in Cardiff as a Sales Admin Assistant. This is not a Sales role - however, you will be supporting a busy external sales team. This means that the ability to communicate well with your colleagues and approach your duties with a positive attitude and common sense will stand you in excellent stead! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career as part of a supportive team where you'll be given all the tools and training required to be successful in your role.


Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining customer back-order reports when required
  • Running reports for the sales team using Microsoft Excel (full training given)
  • Managing product returns 
  • Meetings visitors and signing for deliveries 
  • Communicating with customers to keep them up to date with the progress of their orders
  • Assisting and supporting the internal and external team with order enquiries
  • Providing proof of delivery information to customers
  • Supporting your team and assisting them when required
  • Making sure deadlines are met on a daily basis with regards to orders dispatching on time, if not putting measures/ a plan into place to make sure they are met
  • Assisting with and resolving any problems in a timely manner
  • Providing admin support to the team
