Administrator

Yolk recruitment are partner with one of the largest independent UK supplier within the construction industry. We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join their small but dynamic commercial team. This is a 12 month FTC and it is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the team's success and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.


The team prides itself on exceptional customer service and a 'make it happen' attitude. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working with people, problem-solving, and paying attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Management: Checking, obtaining approval, and entering ticket information for aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.
  • Purchase Ledger Management: Overseeing the purchase ledger and ensuring month-end deadlines are met.
  • Query Processing: Collaborating with colleagues to resolve queries promptly and effectively.
  • Order Processing: Accurately inputting customer orders and supporting the end-to-end customer experience from order to delivery.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Providing additional support to the internal sales and distribution teams as needed.

  • Is a confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
