Have you got excellent administration skills? Looking to join a growing company based in Hereford with the opportunity to progress? Then apply today
This is what you’ll be doing

Supporting the office manager with the following:

  • Answer calls from customers being first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Provide quotes and calculate costings for customers
  • Input sales orders on Sage Line 50 and keep the CRM system up to date
  • Updating marketing materials
  • Send out samples and quote to prospective customers
  • General office support
The experience you’ll bring to the team
  • Previous experience within an administration.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’s
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • High attention to detail

  • Starting salary up to £18,000 depending on experience
