Sales Administrator
Do you have Administrator experience within manufacturing? Are you wanting to join a small team who are supportive and passionate about their customers and staff? Then please apply below.
What you’ll be doing?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a fast paced and established manufacturing company based in Pencoed. You will work within the business development team and support the senior manager and team with various administrative tasks. You will also:
  • Prepare presentations, documents and forms for the manager and team
  • Assist in Diary management and meeting organisation.
  • Support the team with meeting minute taking and action tracking and follow-ups.
  • Complete research of networking events to attend and assist, alongside monitoring social media and networking groups for new opportunities
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and processing of their documents
  • Complete various administrative tasks such a raising purchase orders
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email to gather information and assist them with their questions and queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all databases are kept up to date
 
What you’ll bring to the team?
As the Sales Administrator, you will be confident, approachable, and have previous administration experience, as well as:
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and numerical skills, and exceptional IT skills, including in Microsoft office.
  • Fantastic communication skills with people on all levels
  • The ability to prioritise your own workload and manage your time effectively
  • Friendly and supportive to both other team members and customers.
