Sales Advisor

What the Sales Advisor will be doing:

• Effectively handle inbound sales calls from customers wishing to purchase travel insurance.
• To achieve personal sales and performance targets
• To Identify customer's needs and up-sell policies to maximise sales opportunities.
• To manage sensitive data accordingly
• To manage outbound renewal calls for existing customers as and when required by the business, always managing your own pipeline

What the Sales Advisor will need:

• Experience in an insurance sales role/ customer facing experience/ sales experience
• Must enjoy working with and being challenged by sales targets.
• Experience in a regulated industry ideal but not essential
• Ability to discuss sensitive topics.
• Professional telephone manner is essential.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business where feasible.

• Basic salary of £18600
• Guaranteed bonus of £285 first three months
• Monthly commission scheme
• Quarterly bonus of up to £3,500
• OTE £32K
