We are looking for candidates with customer facing or sales experience, you will be working in a fast paced in bound contact centre environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an employer with ambitious growth plans, who encourage their staff to develop their skillsets and work with autonomy as they look to help grow the organisation.
The average person in this team is earning between £1000 - £2500 a month on top of their basic salary.
The hours are 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 9:00am and 8:00pm on a rolling rota shift pattern, to include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Your responsibilities as a Sales Executive
As a sales executive you will be managing inbound calls selling travel insurance to our niche market customers.
- Effectively handle inbound sales calls from customers wishing to purchase travel insurance.
- To achieve personal sales and performance targets
- To Identify customers’ needs and upsell policies to maximise sales opportunities.
- To manage sensitive data accordingly
- To manage outbound renewal calls for existing customers as and when required by the business – managing your own pipeline at all times
- Pay due regard to the interest of customers and treat them fairly – offering an exceptional level of customer service at all times
Your skills/ experience as a Sales Executive
- Experience in an insurance sales role/ customer facing experience/ sales experience
- Must enjoy working with and being challenged by sales targets.
- Experience in a regulated industry ideal but not essential
- Ability to discuss sensitive topics.
- Professional telephone manner is essential.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business where feasible.
