We are looking for a driven wedding sales executive to promote and maximise new business sales for three award winning wedding venues within South Wales.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, be comfortable with speaking to customers face to face and on the phone and love helping people.

You can be based in the Gower or Abergavenny as there are wedding venues at each, if you have a background in Weddings, Events or face to face sales this could be perfect for you.
You will be working with a close-knit team who work together to achieve targets and support each other when needed. The company have some great values and are going to be expanding rapidly over the next 12 months… it’s an exciting time to join!

There is flexibility involved with hours and working from home however you must also be flexible to work weekends and attend open days as required.

 
What are the responsibilities as a Wedding Sales Executive?
  • Convert new inbound wedding enquiries and book in for a face-to-face appointment
  • Phone & email consultations, identifying requirements and expectations
  • Attend weekend events, using good customer service to build relationships with potential customers
  • Provide an outstanding level of customer service by liaising and building rapport
  • with prospects
 
What Skills/ Experience do I need?
  • 2 years sales experience required (related industry desired, but not essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven track record of working to targets
  • Must be passionate, organised, customer centric and be willing to exceed expectation.
  • Must be comfortable to work weekends when needed
 
What are the benefits?
  • Salary of up to £30,000

  • Can be based in Gower/ Abergavenny
  • Hours of 9-6 Monday to Friday (can be flexible)
