You will be looking after prospecting and lead generation, speaking to new and existing customers on a day to day basis and working closely with the business development managers, sales director and the managing director to drive forward business.

Your responsibilities as a business development executive
- Account Management of existing clients - maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities.
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement, and providing outstanding customer service
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients - understand their needs and explain product value.
- Upselling products and services and negotiating with clients to secure the business.
- Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing clients to purchase company products and services.
- Lead Generation – source new leads and follow up inbound leads
- Support other team members with anything else
Your skills/ experience
- At least 12 months customer facing experience
- Confident speaking to customers on the phone and face to face
- Objection Handling Experience
- Ability to prioritise and work within deadlines
