You will be working within a small but successful sales team selling a software based accounting software. This company are a really well known in Cardiff and have a fantastic reputation
The ideal candidate will have experience in a B2B sales role.
Your responsibilities
- Call warm leads to convert to sales
- Use a consultative approach to understand customers needs to sell products
- You will be need to hit individual sales targets, on a month-to-month basis
- A proactive approach is required in growing your customer base by calling new/existing/cold customers
- Providing support to the external sales and sales manager as and when required
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Your skills/ Experience
- Excellent sales ability – at least 2 years B2B experience in a phone based sales role
- Good attention to detail
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Strong work ethic
- A proactive approach to ensure targets are met
