This is what you'll be doing
As their new Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the sales function, developing business opportunities, and mentoring a small but high-performing team.
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet growth targets across South Wales and surrounding areas.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Leading and supporting a small team of sales reps, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identifying new market opportunities, tendering for larger contracts, and expanding into new sectors.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align sales goals with the wider business strategy.
