Yolk Recruitment are working exclusively with a successful education provider in Cardiff to find a friendly Sales Support Executive to join their Sales team.
Since 2010, they have supported over 5000 students in enrolling in qualifications and courses, and their mission is to provide education through communities of practise. They are dedicated to supporting their staff, and understand the importance of development.
What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll be directly supporting the Sales Team to contact students at various stages of their application process. You will also:
- Contact prospective students who have shown interest in various courses or qualifications and begin the process with them
- Set up appointments for students for the admissions team to contact them regarding their course
- Occasionally support students who get in touch directly with any questions and queries about the process
- Take payments from students at the end of the admissions process
- Build rapport with customers to gain their trust and put them at ease
- Keep up to date call logs and databases
The experience you’ll bring to the team
As a bright and driven sales support executive, you will have previous telephony experience, either in an inbound or outbound setting, as well as:
- Confidence in picking up the phone to people and handling various objections
- Good IT skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills with people of all levels.
- Experience in multitasking and working under pressure.
- The ability to work as part of a team but also be self-motivated to work alone.
