Yolk Recruitment are currently hiring for a number of Software Engineers on an initial 6 to 12 month contract to support a Global IT Consultancy.

To be eligible for these roles you MUST have held Security Clearance within the last 3 years and be eligible for DV Clearance.

Key Skills Required:

• Languages: Java, JavaScript, Python
• Knowledge of core AWS services, including: Analytic services such as Redshift, Athena, EMR, Kenesis, Glue, Lake Formation, QuickSight
• Application Integration services such as EventBridge
• AWS compute services such as Lambda and EC2
• Container services - EKS
• Database services - DynamoDB
• Storage - S3
• Past experience of Cloud migration would be advantageous, but not essential
• Willingness to work as part of wider team, sharing ideas and documenting outputs / outcomes as part of experiment / research activities
• Self-starter who is happy to assist with elaboration activities to help develop a pipeline of work.
• Ideally an immediate start (or available from Jan)
