We are currently seeking a highly skilled and DV cleared Scrum Master to join a large consultancy on a full time basis.

As a DV Cleared Scrum Master at, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects while maintaining compliance with the highest security standards. You will work closely with our development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to facilitate effective Agile practices and deliver high-quality products within strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodologies.
• Remove any obstacles or blockers that may hinder the team's progress.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and report project progress, ensuring transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DV clearance requirements and security protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

• DV clearance is essential for this role.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, preferably in a DV cleared environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and applying Agile practices effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM or PSM) is desirable but not mandatory.
