Our client are a start-up based in Gloucestershire, Manchester and London working in the Defence and Cyber Security industries. They are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their growing technology team in their next phase of expansion

Requirements

The role will be varied and provide exciting challenges, here are some of the responsibilities you can expect:

• Facilitating the Scrum process, including carrying out daily scrums, sprint reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Being accountable for the Scrum Team's effectiveness.
• Removing impediments and barriers that hinder the team's productivity and quality of work.
• Coaching, mentoring, and guiding the team and stakeholders to embrace Agile values and principles.
• Helping the Product Owner effectively manage the product backlog and ensuring that Product Goals and Backlog items are clear and concise.
• Collaborating with the Product Owner and team to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Managing risks and dependencies by communicating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
