Scrum Master / Business Analyst

An exciting Fintech start-up in Cardiff are looking for an enthusiastic Scrum Master / Business Analyst to join their team. You will have experience of working in a Scrum Master role and Business Analyst role, in an Agile environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on exciting technology and applications, then this is the role for you!

You will have...

• A minimum of three years experience of working both as a BA and Scrum Master 
• A solid understanding and experience of business analysis principles
• Proven experience of working as an analyst within an agile team.
• Great communication skills and experience of collaboration with various professionals across different projects.
• Experience of leading and serving a team as Scrum Master and reviewing team performance.
