Security Assurance Manager (Operational Technology) | Newport | Mostly Remote (1-2 days per month in the office) | Up to £60,000 + 15% bonus | Utilities | 2 Stage interview process

Yolk Recruitment are working with a UK critical infrastructure provider looking to scale their Security Operations team.

They're searching for an experienced Security Assurance Manager (Operational Technology) to lead their Operational Technology security improvement programme. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering security projects and ensuring that technical security standards are met for the OT environment.

They're based in Newport & operate a mostly remote working policy with 1-2 days per month in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the OT security improvement programme
• Implement new standards, tooling and ongoing monitoring and reporting
• Lead on the detection and reporting of vulnerabilities in the OT environment

Essential Criteria:

• CISSP certification
• Substantial experience in leading technical security improvement programs
• Deep understanding of core information security principles and practices

Desirable Criteria:

• GICSP, GIAC or OSCP certification
• Networking and infrastructure certifications e.g. Cisco, Microsoft
