Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and not for Profit are currently working with an established higher education organisation to find a Senior Administration Officer to join their busy, fast working and dynamic department.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has experience managing a large and busy team and someone who is used to working quickly and efficiently.
This role is initially a temporary role but will be made permanent if the candidate shows their capability in the role. This role is a hybrid role and offices are based in Pontypridd.
What you will be doing as a Senior Administration Officer:
- Delivering operational plans on a daily and weekly basis
- Be a point of contact for all members of staff and offer guidance, advice and support when needed
- Liaise with other teams and staff members to ensure effective planning and time management of tasks
- Previous management experience
- Administration background – min 3 years
- Experience in conducting 1-2-1’s and feedback to members of staff
- Salary £30,500
