​SENIOR ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE

A Top 100 UK law firm is looking for a driven Corporate Finance Solicitor, to join their highly regarded Corporate department, in their Bath office. Notably, this a fantastic opportunity within an extremely high performing, boutique South West Corporate team, that offers high quality city work.

The role is currently fully remote, however from September there will be a blended approach involving 2-3 days a week in the office.

This is what you’ll be doing

·         Manage a caseload of files, dealing effectively with transactions

·         Build excellent relationships with clients, and manage client expectations

·         Develop your sector expertise and credibility, by attending seminar and networking events

·         Support juniors in the team, by providing technical and commercial advice

·         Begin to develop an excellent network of clients, and cross sell across the firm

·         Consistently hit targets and manage time recording

The experience you’ll bring to the team

·         Qualified Solicitor or CILEx 5PQE+

·         Experience within Corporate Law is essential, including restructuring and M&A

·         Experience in supervising more junior team members

·         Excellent client service skills

·         Effective communicator with a desire to network and promote the business
