A Top 500, Global Law firm are looking to hire a Senior Solicitor, with experience in corporate work. This is what you’ll be doing

The clients include significant international corporates, major national companies and leading PE houses. The role will primarily involve transactional work in a range of areas:

• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Company Formations
• Shareholder agreements
• Joint ventures
• Private equity.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Qualified Solicitor (min 2 PQE)
• Strong experience within corporate law post qualification
• Excellent client service levels and an understanding of the range & type of clients & their needs
• Experience of building strong client relationships
• Working effectively with others in a team and the ability to delegate where appropriate
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients
