Senior Business Development Manager

Basic Salary - up to £43,000

Annual bonus - 20%

Remote role - one day a month in Cardiff

Yolk Recruitment are working on behalf of a multi award winning investment company in South Wales in search for a Senior Business Development Manager. This company makes investing easy, affordable and accessible.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in a full sales cycle role with a hunter mentality. This candidate should have fantastic communication skills with a real drive to succeed, the candidate must be new business focused.

This will be a remote role where you will be expected to attend the office in South Wales once a month. You will mainly be selling via phone and video chat dealing with C-level decision makers from a vast range of industries.

Main responsibilities as a Senior Business Development Manager

  • Outbound call & emails prospecting warm/cold leads
  • Hit and exceed revenue and KPI targets.
  • Running a full sales cycle.
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Manage your sales pipeline and update the inhouse CRM.
  • Sourcing leads yourself.
  • Attending meeting arranged by the sales team.

Your skills/ experience as a Senior Business Development Manager

  • Sales experience in B2B sales.
  • Building sales pipeline of sales partners.
  • Dealing with new inbound partnership enquires.
  • Excellent communication and rapport building Skills.
  • Experience working full sales cycle.
  • Consultative sales approach.
  • Ambitious individual who wants to be the best.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
