Senior Case Handler

A UK Top 50 firm, are looking for motivated Case Handler to join their Lender Sales Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Lender Sales Case Handler or Conveyancing Assistant/LPC graduate to progress their career in “conveyancing with a twist”.

This is what you’ll be doing

  • As a Senior Case Handler, you will run your own caseload dealing with the sale of properties, that have been taken into possession by banks
  • Take instructions from clients and opening them correctly
  • Manage the lines of communication with clients
  • Ensure all reports are completed accurately
  • Provide excellent levels of client service

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • An understanding of the Conveyancing process is essential (this can be from experience or on your LPC)
  • Experience as a Lender Sales Case Handler is desirable
  • Excellent IT skills (ideally with experience of a Case Management System)
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and manage a busy caseload
