Senior Case Manager – Brighton

The opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large and forward-thinking regulatory body. We are supporting them to recruit a Case Manager for a permanent position. 
This is a Hybrid role, with the requirement to be in the office twice a week.

What the Case Manager will be doing

  • Managing complex cases and project work.

  • Lliaising with Advisors, Business Analysts, accountants, Investments consultants and Lawyers to ensure compliance

  • Following strict guidelines and obtaining information necessary to make decisions

  • Escalating material issues as appropriate including proposing focused solutions.

What the successful Case Manager will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who;

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

  • Background in complex cased work

  • Has the ability to mentor and coach.

  • someone from a regulatory environment but pension background is not essential.
