Senior Case Manager – Brighton
The opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large and forward-thinking regulatory body. We are supporting them to recruit a Case Manager for a permanent position.
This is a Hybrid role, with the requirement to be in the office twice a week.
What the Case Manager will be doing
Managing complex cases and project work.
Lliaising with Advisors, Business Analysts, accountants, Investments consultants and Lawyers to ensure compliance
Following strict guidelines and obtaining information necessary to make decisions
Escalating material issues as appropriate including proposing focused solutions.
What the successful Case Manager will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who;
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Background in complex cased work
Has the ability to mentor and coach.
someone from a regulatory environment but pension background is not essential.
