Senior Civil/Commercial Litigation Solicitor 5 Years PQE+ - Central Cardiff

A well established and highly regarded regional law firm, is looking for an experienced Civil/ Commercial Litigation solicitor to join their thriving Litigation department in Cardiff. There is Partnership opportunity for the right candidate.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Manage a varied caseload of Civil/Commercial Litigation matters, including land disputes, insolvency, professional negligence and dispute resolution claims
• Handle a mixed private caseload
• Maintain and develop excellent client relationships
• Take instructions from new clients, existing clients and agents
• Keep up to date with changes in the law to further your professional development

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experience within Civil Litigation
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ambition, with strong business acumen
• A track record of business development and desire to carry out BD and attend networking events
