​Senior Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor

The Opportunity

You will work for one of the regions largest and most reputable law firms. You will join a market leading and historic Commercial Property team dealing with excellent quality and high calibre work, specifically auctions work.

This is what you will be doing:

You will work within the commercial property department alongside a fantastic team of supportive lawyers who are specialists in this field. You will act for developers, buyers, sellers

The type of work involved including complex global matters:

• Property finance

• Corporate support

• Dealing with easements

• Sales of projects

• Auctions

• Leases

• Investigating title and reporting on title

• Reviewing documents

• Drafting documents

The experience you will bring to the team

• A qualified Solicitor with up to 5 years post qualification experience

• Experience in commercial property / real estate is essential

• Auctions experience would be an advantage but not essential

• Commercially aware

• A team player
