Senior Commercial Solicitor/Associate or Partner

Swansea

A multi office, forward thinking law firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Solicitors due to continued growth and expansion. You will compliment the Corporate and Employment Team. A following of work is desirable but not essential as the firm will assist you in growing the department.

This is what you'll be doing:

Reporting to the board you will manage a variety of commercial work including:

• Terms and conditions of business
• Master service
• Supply agreements
• Distribution agreements
• Franchise agreements
• Licence agreements
• Trade mark applications
• GDPR
• Regulation advice

Duties will include:

• Drafting legal documentation
• Settling commercial disputes
• Supervising any agreements
• Research and gather evidence
• Meet clients face to face (travel may be involved)
• Adhere to team and firm targets
• Supervise junior Solicitors

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial law
• Ideally 2 - 5 PQE but this is a guide only
• Strong academics (min 2:1 degree)
