This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate Solicitor to join a leading independent law firm based in Reading. The company is expanding its Corporate team and is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team.

Job Description

• Assist and advise on all aspects of company law, private company mergers and acquisitions, early stage investment transactions and MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures and investor/shareholders' agreements, articles of association and other constitutional documents, demergers, company reconstructions and reorganisations.
• Play a leading role in advising large corporate clients (often international organisations), ambitious investee companies and high net worth individuals on M&A, early stage investments, reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, option schemes and other day-to-day corporate law matters.

Requirements

• Corporate Law Solicitor with 3+ years PQE or equivalent.
• The ability to work independently, without close supervision, as well as part of a team.
• Strong legal and project management skills with an eye for detail.
• The ability to consistently meet deadlines and to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Good client relationship skills.
• An enthusiasm for business development.
