If so, then we’d like to hear from you! Yolk Recruitment are currently partnered with one of Cardiff’s award winning Fin-Tech organisations. Due to company expansion, we are looking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to support the Digital Marketing Manager and two Digital Marketing Assistants in implementing and optimising activity across Search, Display, Affiliates, YouTube, Paid Social and App marketing channels.
Here's what you’ll be doing:
- Taking ownership of campaigns that will drive new customer growth
- Developing and implementing ideas for campaigns to run across all marketing channels
- Working alongside marketing assistant to create social media content for our various platforms to support campaigns.
- Implementing and running Paid Search and Social Media Campaigns.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and departments heads on the development and strategy of new digital marketing campaigns.
- Updating landing pages using a content management system (CMS)
- Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluating new technologies and ensuring the brand is at the forefront of new developments in digital marketing.
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the team:
- You’ll have ideally 2 years or more experience in either PPC, Affiliates, App Marketing, Paid Social or any other digital marketing channel
- Some experience in updating landing pages using a content management system (CMS) would be desirable but is not essential.
- Strong attention to detail (both written and numerical) is a must!
- Experience in a legislated environment would be an advantage, however, is not essential
- You’ll be adaptable, open to new ideas and inspired to learn new skills
- You’ll be proactive, highly organised and a genuine team player
