Responsibilities:

As a key member of our client's team, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge electronic solutions for weapon systems, including on-board sub-systems and Land, Sea, and Air-based Units. Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring the quality and performance of electronic solutions, providing timely cost and schedule updates to project managers.

You should bring a proven track record in electronic design capabilities across the product life cycle, from early concept stages to production. Your expertise will span the Power and Analogue Electronics sphere, covering both sub-systems and board-level designs. Effective collaboration with other domains, such as Software, Firmware, Mechanical, Environmental, and EMC, will be crucial to ensure your designs meet all specified requirements. Your role is instrumental in delivering world-class missile solutions to our customers.

Skillset/Experience Required:

• Ideally, a degree-qualified professional with significant post-qualification experience in Electronic Design, development, and delivery.
• Demonstrated capability in leading substantial Electronic design work packages and experience working within multi-disciplinary teams, understanding the associated challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a comprehensive understanding of a broad range of electronic technologies and products.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders across the business.
