A fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking Senior IT Engineer to become part of the Network Operations team to be the technical expert for all internal IT related products and platforms within the business.
the successful candidate will work as part of a global team assisting to deliver IT support for all users worldwide. Providing an escalation point for more complex issues and requests. Manage internal IT cases using ticketing systems, ensuring that all cases are managed effectively and within SLA.
This company is a Microsoft partner and the successful candidate will have experience in supporting Windows servers and office 365.
Cloud Computing (eg. Azure, AWS) Telephony and other communications/collaboration products are useful but not essential.
