Senior Marketing Analyst
Cirencester (3 days per week required on site, in office)
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Yolk are excited to be partnering with a leading Marketing and Data Consultancy firm, supporting them in their search for a Senior Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical expert to work with both structured and unstructured data to create insightful solutions that improve customer engagement and drive marketing performance.
In addition to being analytical, you'll also be a strong communicator, comfortable when working in a client focused setting and able to communicate your findings in a user friendly and jargon free manner.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Delivering analysis projects that support Senior Data Consultants in delivering data strategies and proposals to improve customer engagement at all stages of the customer funnel.
• Using established and new advanced analysis techniques to deliver innovative and actionable analysis solutions that deliver insight.
• Collaborating with the Head of Analysis and other Senior Analysts to deliver specific elements or entire projects.
• Being a data and analysis champion, showcasing the power of analysis and data to colleagues and clients.

The skills and experience you'll bring to the team:

• A numerate degree, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Operational Research.
• You'll possess demonstrable experience in the marketing and data analysis industry.
• You'll be able to demonstrate proven hands-on data mining experience using tools such as SQL, R, or Python.
• You'll have strong Excel and data visualisation skills, with experience in Tableau, Power BI, or graphic libraries in R, Python, and JavaScript.
• You'll have experience in campaign evaluation, segmentation development, and implementation.
