Yolk Engineering is exclusively managing the search for a Senior Process Engineer to join this rapidly expanding engineering and manufacturing business.

This is what you’ll be doing

You'll be leading a team of Process Engineers, ensuring smooth New Product Introduction (NPI) into production and the development and improvement of production line equipment, process and documentation that ensures maximum productivity and quality/yield, in a safe working environment.

You'll be communicating and managing engineering resource effectively, involving:

• Day to day management of engineers include task allocation, priority setting and performance tracking,

• Identify skill gaps within the team, mentoring and upskilling where possible,

• Lead regular communication to all Process Engineers across multiple production facilities,

• Support weekly NPI, CI and Project meetings, leading when necessary,

• Present progress through KPI data capture for Operations meetings,

• Manage cross departmental teams to drive critical manufacturing projects ensuring tasks align with long term business strategic plan.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Previous experience in a similar role - Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer or Production Engineer

• Experience leading people to deliver in these areas
