Senior Project Manager | High Level Security Clearance Required | Salary between £60,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience) | Gloucestershire | Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site)

Yolk Recruitment are working with a national security consultancy looking for grow their Project Management capability. They're searching for a Senior level Project Manager to join their Gloucestershire team.

As Senior Project Manager you will join an experienced team working to deliver large scale critical software application projects for a variety of defence & national security customers.

They're based in Gloucestershire & operate hybrid working with 2-3 days per week on-site.

This is what you will be doing:

• Consultancy & business acumen within the account.
• Planning with scope, cost, schedule of the contract.
• Project integration throughout its lifecycle.
• Quality & performance management.
• Mentoring more junior team members.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• High level of experience managing tech projects within the defence / national security space.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum project management.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience.

What you'll receive in return:

• Salary between £60,000 - £91,000
• £5,000 bonus
