Position Overview:

I have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior/Lead to contribute significantly to the expansion of their dynamic development team. My client is the custodian of a managed Independent Software Vendor (ISV) package, widely utilised on a prominent platform. As their organisation undergoes rapid growth, diving into diverse sectors such as central government and the private sector, there is an imperative to change our development capabilities to meet escalating client demands.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with pivotal responsibilities, including collaboration with the existing development team to execute product upgrades and refactoring initiatives in accordance with client specifications and strategies. The company adheres to sprint cycles, meticulously overseen by our Scrum Master, embracing a generally agile development model. Sprints culminate in the foundation for our annual product releases.
