​Senior UX Designer - Up to £470 per day - Inside IR35 - Fully Remote - 6 Months - START ASAP

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate UX designer who can work alongside our clients agile team, understanding ideas, challenges and requirements, owning these and employing industry best practice to produce the optimum user experience. Tasks will vary from running client workshops to producing prototypes, user testing, wireframe designs, IA and helping to maintain the atomic library.

Required skills (must be an expert in):

• Understanding requirements and sketching out high level solutions

• Prototyping user journeys and understanding positive and negative user flows

• Working closely with the business and technical functions to collaborate on designs

• Creating and working from user personas

• Defining information architecture and site maps

• Figma

• Soft skills: 

• Self-organised, can pick up things without a lot of support

• Worked in small Agile teams and understands Agile ways of working

• Problem solving and presenting solutions

• Facilitating UX workshops with product owners and clients

• Good oral and written communicator
