Are you a results driven SEO Manager who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment? Do you have a proven track record in increasing traffic, leads and sales in an SEO/Digital role?
If so then we’d like to hear from you! Yolk Recruitment ltd are currently partnered exclusively with a well established and growing organisation based just outside of Central Cardiff. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and content team
- Generating new traffic and lead opportunities across all three verticals
- Optimising meta data to improve organic rankings
- Consistently auditing and improving website content
- Evaluating customer journey to identify new lead opportunities
- Optimising local SEO strategies and content
- Performing keyword research across our core services
- Analysing website - troubleshooting and prioritising site architecture and performance issues
- Site maintenance (redirects, broken links, site clean-up, duplicate content etc.)
- Performing on site audits and implementing improvements
- Monitoring and reporting on keyword rankings across multiple services and locations
- Analysing and reporting on website activity using Google Analytics
- Researching content across multiple verticals and contributing to ideation
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the team:
- You’ll have a proven record of increasing traffic, leads and sales through digital marketing
- You’ll have an excellent understanding of Google's algorithm including updates and ranking factors
- You’ll have proven and demonstrable experience in a digital marketing / SEO role
- Strong knowledge and experience using SEO tools (Ahrefs, GSC, ScreamingFrog / SiteBulb)
- Experience in using paid social media marketing for lead generation (LinkedIn and/or Facebook specifically) would be an advantage
